“With the project of this historic building, we faced an exciting challenge that made us even more passionate about: we’ve recovered 14 units including 2 commercial spaces, some condominium spaces, and green areas.
We managed to express a stylistic coherence in each environment by maintaining a common thread on colors and materials: we increased the light over the main rooms by placing all services within the building’s central part. In addition, new energy-saving and comfort systems have been built for this project.”
