- Notification of works’ commencement and SCIA for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance
- Building practices for restoration, renovation and new constructions
- Practices for obtaining permits for assets subject to restrictions (landscape, architectural, hydrogeological, etc.)
- Conformity assessments and certificates of compliance
- Land registry practices: registration, land registry changes, certificates and registrations
- Reports for property sale and purchase assistance and Energy Performance Certificates (APE)
- Technical reports including CTP and CTU (registered in the Register of CTUs of the Ordinary Court of Florence with no. 973)
The following activities are carried out as part of the maintenance of the residential buildings’ common parts:
- Inspections and surveys
- Preparation of metric calculations for estimates
- Drawing up millesimal tables and valuation reports
- Reports on buildings’ damages and verification of the executed work
