CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

The activity does not stop with the Design but continues with the construction site and its implementation. Using our own experience and professional skills, we seek for balanced solutions and project executions. The aim is to ensure compliance with the relevant authorisations during the execution of the works and to reward the trust shown in the client's assignment.

Activities are carried out for both private individuals and tenants:

• Monitoring the regular progress of the works, both in terms of methods and times;
• Verifying the qualitative and quantitative correspondence of the materials used with those specified in the executive project;
• Drafting of site accounts.
